What areas do you provide service to?
The Practically Perfect Party Co. is based in North Central Florida and provides services in Lake City, Branford, Live Oak, Fort White, High Springs, Gainesville, Jacksonville, & more! If you are not sure your location is included in our services please go to our contact page to ask us any questions you may have!
How does the booking process work?
On our website we have multiple "Book" buttons you can click on! Once you click on one, it will send you to a new window with our Booking Request Form to get you started! After you fill out and submit your request form you will see a message stating "Thank you for your request to book The Practically Perfect Party Co. A verification response email will be sent shortly!:)" Once you submit your form you will be contacted within 48 hours with an email titled "Almost Ready To Make Magic!" with instructions on how to pay and gives you the opportunity to discuss details and/or ask questions you may have! Our "Let's Make Magic!" email is the final confirmation to let you know that we have your party/event in the books!
What is the payment policy?
Once you receive our “Almost Ready To Make Magic!” email and we confirm your booking date and time slot, At least 50% of your total fee is due at least 4 weeks prior to your party/event date. Bookings are official once we receive your payment and once we send the final "All Set! Let's Make Some Magic!" email to you. If you are paying in portions, we kindly ask that you send the second half of your payment via Venmo or CashApp at least 48 hours before your scheduled party time. If all payments aren't submitted by the time frame, bookings may be cancelled. Fees will be required if policy isn't met.
Can I reschedule or get a refund?
Yes! We understand unforeseen circumstances may cause a cancellation. We will try our best to make the magic happen with a rescheduled party! Parties and events cancelled within 2 weeks before date will receive a full refund. Parties/Events cancelled within a week or less will receive a 50% refund. A 24 hour or less cancellation will not receive any refund.
What is the travel policy?
The Practically Perfect Party Co. loves to provide services all around North Central Florida! We have a small payment fee for bookings beyond 45 miles from our company base (Lake City). Travel fee varies depending on location but don't let that stop you! We couldn't be happier to provide the most magical and memorable experiences to you!
Do the character performers accept gratuity?
If you wish to give an appreciation tip you are more than welcome to do so though it is not required! Our character performers are trained to give every kid and kid at heart the most memorable experience they will talk about for years and years to come! We thank you from the bottom of our hearts for showing gratitude to our hardworking performers!
What do I prepare for my
party/event?
What you prepare for your party/event is completely up to you! Whether that's with decorations, food, goody bags, etc. you can make your party/event customizable to you! The Practically Perfect Party Co. provides the entertainment portion of the experience! Activities and list of package options are listed on our services page!
Should my party/event be
indoors or outdoors?
Having your party/ event indoors or outdoors is all based on you! We do want our customers to be aware that the Florida heat can cause issues, so we please ask if you plan to have your party/event outdoors to keep water handy for our performers! If intense weather like rain, thunder, strong wind, etc. come your way, make sure to have an easy way to move your party/event in an indoor or covered area. If you do decide to have an outdoor party, it is required that the temperature is under 75 degrees due to safety.
Is there a guest limit for my party/event?
Due to the limited party time and character performers, we ask to keep the attendees at a certain limit (maximums listed on our services page). Additional fees are added if attendee capacity exceeds the limit.

How do I know when the character performer has arrived? How does the "Grand Entrance" work?
You will be notified when your character is traveling toward your party/event location and when they have arrived. Performers arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled booking time to be fresh and ready before they walk in! Your booked character can do their grand entrance in multiple ways! For parties they will always knock on the door of your location and begin with a kind greeting. Alternative entrances will need to be discussed before party date. For events, Performers will arrive before guests are let into the event. Performers will be placed and ready by event start time.
What is a "Practically Perfect Attendant"?
Our Practically Perfect Attendants are the ones who help out our characters! Every princess needs a royal assistant, every fairy needs a pixie dust helper, and every superhero needs a sidekick right? You can easily spot our attendants in our company t-shirts and/or party themed attire! They always keep the show running smoothly and add extra pixie dust to your party/event!
